ENGLISH STYLE
Hot breakfast, cooked to order so not instantaneous, and served as a €5.00 supplement.
Full English - all or any combination and featuring English and French produce.
Suffolk dry cured bacon, grilled tomato, Suffolk Pride sausage, local field mushrooms in butter and organic free range fried eggs
French toast served with crispy Suffolk dry cured bacon and maple syrup
Oak Salmon with free range organic scrambled eggs

Breakfast is served with locally produced honey and preserves including; Bezier marmalade; Carcassonne honey; and High House Farm's loganberry jam.

Non-dairy spread, Soya and goat's milk are all available on request as is decaffeinated coffee and teas. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 07.30 - 9.30am Monday to Saturday and from 8.00 - 10.00am on Sundays

Orford-smoked mackerel with mustard sauce and new potatoes
Tagliatelle with peas, ham and cream sauce (or spinach instead of ham for veggies)
Free-range 3-egg parmesan omelette with chips OR mixed salad
Griddled, garlic infused chicken breast with chunky tomato salsa and new potatoes
Suffolk rump steak (10oz) with grilled tomato, mushroom and chips
Home-battered (large, whole tail) scampi and chips in a basket
Home Made goat's cheese, spinach and roast garlic quiche with salad OR new potatoes
Two smoked haddock fish cakes with parsley sauce and new potatoes
