Tariff
From January 2009 to the end of March 2009, for a stay of
two or more nights, save 10% on your room rate.
Please note that, in June, July and August 2009, there is
a two-night minimum stay requirement if your stay includes
a Friday or Saturday.

All room rates are based upon two people sharing and are
inclusive of delicious and varied continental breakfast.
Full English is 5 Euro supplement per person
Additional evening dining :Adults: 25€, children: under
10, 10€, children aged 11 to 17, 20€
A
deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking and is non-refundable
unless cancellation is received at least 14 days before
the first date of the stay. .
If booking for more than 5 days, further discounts could
be available! Please enquire for availability and prices.
Confirmation of rooms will be made when a deposit of half
the total room rate has been paid. Deposits can either be
made by Paypal, sterling cheque or bank transfer. By using
Paypal, we are able to accept payment by debit and credit
cards for your deposits. If paying by Paypal a 4% surcharge
fee is charged.
For bookings of five nights or more, the balance of your
room is payable 4 weeks before your arrival. For shorter
durations, the balance is due on arrival in euros. All extras
are payable at the end of your stay in euros.

Arrival,
Departure and Meal times
On arrival, your room will be available from 12.00pm on
the same day of changeover unless by prior agreement.
If you are going be late for any reason such as traffic
or flight delays, please inform us. We reserve the right
to re-let rooms after 19.00 on the same day of booking,
unless you have advised us of late arrival in advance. If
not you could lose your money and room.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11.00.
Breakfast is served between 07.30 and 09.30. If you would
like an earlier time to fit your arrangements, please let
us know.
Packed lunches are available if requested the night before.
This could be between 5€ and 10€ per person for
the day. Special arrangements can be made for groups but
we do need to know well in advance.
Evening meals with wine are available at approx 19.30 -
please advise us at breakfast or before hand, if you would
like to dine with us. If you have any special dietary requirements,
please let us know at the time of booking.
Telephone calls and internet are all available for access
from every bedroom and communal areas of the house and the
costs and charges for these will vary but should be available
on the time of arrival on the day.
We
are here to make your holiday enjoyable and will try to
do anything possible to accommodate your requests. However,
please remember we are a small family run business and live
on site as well and ask that you respect and appreciate
our other guests and our working staff as you would your
own..
